My material comes from a wide variety of sources, including folk stories from Britain, Europe, and countries along the ancient Silk Road.

I can bring you Anglo-Saxon riddles, Icelandic Sagas, Finnish wonder-tales, Japanese Kamishibai, Chinese detective and ghost stories, Italian Novella from the Renaissance, wit and wisdom from the Middle East, stories that have travelled along the Silk Road, and the classical myths of Greece and Rome.

Over the years I have uncovered a wealth of long-forgotten stories; many originally recorded by Victorian collectors, only to be considered too wayward for common consumption and buried in dusty archives again.  I try to brush the dust off, and bring them to life again.
